All “Seeing Red” Sales Donated to Mercy For Animals:
“Her latest release is the sizzling and soulful To Street & Transfer EP…a powerfully personal study of the human psyche.” -Allen Foster, AXS
New York, NY | November 23, 2015 – With the oversaturated music market these days it’s not often a vocalist really elicits an emotional response with their performance. Bringing that sort of passionate artistry back to the table is Rachel Lynn, a classically trained vocalist who incorporates personal and evocative lyrics in her style of original soulful pop music. The NYC-based chanteuse has been on a roll since the release of To Street & Transfer EP(Nov 2014), and today is using her powerful vocals to benefit a cause close to her heart. As some fans may know Rachel is a devout vegan and dedicated to the animal rights movement. In honor of World Vegan Month and Thanksgiving, she’s unveiled a new original soulful song entitled “Seeing Red,” with all proceeds of sales to be donated to Mercy For Animals( When asked about the inspiration behind the song/video, Rachel shared,“Seeing Red revolves around my own relationship with veganism and the animal rights movement. It’s something I’m very passionate about, and this video project is so special because everyone involved, from the artists to the videographer, is also vegan. Seeing Red is a small attempt to spread some compassion, and I hope that’s felt by anyone who hears it.”
